What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for an AI Developer who is passionate about AI and excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves experimentation, and enjoys solving complex challenges. We don’t just want a developer—we need a hacker, a researcher, and a problem-solver who can take an unknown technology and make it work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build an AI agent for marketing analytics capable of conducting deep research and deriving insights that go beyond standard data analysis. The system should intelligently interpret data, recognize patterns, and provide recommendations as an expert consultant would.

What We Expect from You:

• Strong experience in building applications using Generative AI.
• A passion for AI — if you haven’t explored it deeply, this role isn’t for you.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate fast, and adapt to changing requirements.
• An understanding of streaming data, ETL, and dashboard preparation is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English language skills and native level of Russian.
• Your location is within a time zone between Eastern Europe and North America
