We're looking for an Account Manager to join our sales & marketing team and close deals. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager in a digital marketing agency. You should be fluent in English.
🚀 The Role
Your main job will be closing deals. To do this, you will:
- Be the face of Elly, meeting with prospects and making a positive impression.
- Collect information on the first call, understanding the client's business, needs, and goals.
- Customize our standard proposal for each client, present it on the second call, and help the client present Elly’s proposal to their stakeholders.
- Answer client questions, resolve concerns, and close the deal.
We automate tasks like outreach, lead generation, preparing client profiles, and follow-ups. Your goal is to help clients improve their marketing performance using Elly’s data-driven insights. Think of yourself as part consultant, part friend – always ready to help. We pride ourselves on long-term client relationships of 4+ years.
👀 Who We Seek
Language and location:
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong conversational skills.
- Experience in an English-speaking work environment.
- Based in the US, Latin America, Western Europe, or Eastern Europe (though this is more complicated for us). Excluding Asia.
Skills:
- At least three years of experience as an account in a marketing agency, products with long sales cycles, complex implementation, or B2B SaaS in the MarTech sector.
- Experience in upselling and providing solutions in the marketing and analytics sector.
