Plurio AI automates ad management for companies spending $500K+/month on Google, Meta, and similar channels. The agent connects ad platforms, CRM, and revenue. It learns the strategic logic a senior performance marketer would apply – when to scale, when to kill, when to hold. It encodes the repeatable parts of that thinking into rules and skills that run inside the ad account, every cycle. Strategy stays human. Execution disappears.
The most ambitious performance teams are rebuilding themselves around AI right now – not next year, not when it's safe. We're one of the companies writing how this actually works in production – with real budgets, in real client accounts. The teams that move first will write the playbook everyone else borrows from.
You're a Head of UA, Senior UA, or Performance Lead. You've owned budgets that move the business. You know what scaling looks like and what kills it. The standard next move at this level is more headcount – bigger team, more managing. There's a different path now – scale yourself through agents instead.
That's this role. You stay the orchestrator. The agents do the work. The calls you've made for years – when to scale, when to kill, how to allocate across channels and markets, how to read creative cycles and CAC drift before the dashboards catch up – become the rules and skills that run across hundreds of client accounts. Your playbook stops being a Notion doc. It becomes the system.
You also sit across the table from our clients' marketing leaders – CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, performance directors at companies spending $1M+/month on paid. Not as a vendor. As a peer who's done their job and now operates one layer above it: showing them how their own team scales through agents – not headcount.
You will work directly with founders Seva Ustinov and Kirill Kasimskiy. 20+ years between them in performance marketing and analytics – scaling an agency past 100 people, then building a cross-funnel analytics product for teams with long conversion chains and LTV-driven acquisition. They've done this work at scale. They want more practitioners on the team who have, too.
The entire company runs AI-first in Cursor on a shared workspace. We don't pitch it. We're the example.

Run discovery and validation conversations with our prospects' marketing leadership – CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, Performance Directors. Speak to them as a peer, not a vendor: how their team's operating model changes when agents do the execution. From experience, not from slides.
Work directly with the UA leadership of our most strategic accounts. Embedded in their setup, understanding how they run acquisition, calibrating the agent against their reality. You're at the frontier of how performance marketing is being rebuilt around AI – and you're seeing it happen across dozens of the best teams in the market.
Take the strategic logic you've been running in your head – when to scale, when to kill, how creative cycles play out, how budget shifts across markets – and turn it into rules and skills. A new workflow often starts with one client: you test it there, refine it until it works, and then it runs everywhere. Your instincts become the system.
