Who We're Looking For:

A sharp, proactive full-stack developer obsessed with building clean, performant apps. We need someone who moves fast, experiments fearlessly, and thrives when turning ambiguous problems into elegant solutions. If you’re into Next.js, Hono, Drizzle, and AI—and want to push the limits—let’s chat.

Your Mission:

• Build scalable, AI-driven web apps using Next.js and Hono.
• Set up robust database interactions with Drizzle.
• Craft intuitive, responsive frontends and efficient, scalable backends.
• Quickly prototype and iterate on new features based on user feedback.

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience building apps with Node.js, TypeScript (3+ years).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and modern ORM experience (Drizzle, Prisma, or TypeORM) (2+ years).
• AI/ML Integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI services).
• RESTful API design and development experience.
• Fluent in Russian and upper-intermediate+ in English.
• Based between Eastern Europe and North American time zones.
