Under the hood: conversational AI, multi-touch attribution, a rock-solid data foundation (streaming from any database), and automated ad-rule generation — plus agents that test 10× more hypotheses, scale winners fast, kill losers early, and automate 90% of routine work, cutting 50+ hours of busywork while explaining exactly why your metrics moved.
Your mission: Turn insights from customers, experts, and market research into winning product positioning, high-converting landing pages, optimized pricing strategies, and automated sales enablement that drives qualified pipeline and shortens sales cycles.
You will package complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives and distribute them across our website and landing pages, pricing, blog/SEO, email sequences, and sales collateral. This is a strategic role in a growing team with direct founder access and zero bureaucracy.
🎯 What You'll Own
Positioning & Messaging Strategy
- Product Positioning: Own how we talk about our game-changing product in the market — position Elly as the revolutionary Vibe-marketing platform that transforms how user acquisition teams work. Establish clear category definition and differentiation from alternatives.
- Message Development: Think out of the box and leverage your experience to craft positioning that goes beyond typical "frameworks." For our market, great stories win — find creative ways to explain complex technical capabilities through super engaging language across different formats (landing pages, videos, demos, use cases, creatives, blog, conversations).
- Market, Customer, ICP Research: Conduct customer interviews, Jobs-to-be-Done analysis, competitive intelligence, and ICP validation to inform and refine positioning strategy.
Conversion & Performance Optimization
- Landing Page Strategy: Design information architecture, run corridor tests with users on hero sections, and value propositions.
- Pricing & Packaging: Competitive analysis, customer interviews, PSM research, ROI calculator development.
- Performance Analytics: Own PMM dashboard tracking LP CVR, Demo CTR, MQL→SQL rates, Pipeline $, Win Rates, and ARPU metrics
Sales Enablement & Automation
- Sales Materials: Persona one-pagers, battlecards, demo flows, objection handling guides, presentation decks by persona. Target: Win rate growth and faster sales cycles
- Marketing Automation: Build ABM/outreach/lifecycle segments, intent signals, email/LinkedIn cadences, triggers, and routing rules. Target: Pipeline $ growth and reply rate optimization
- Content Atomization: Transform founder content, partner materials, and expert insights into multi-format assets (LPs, explainer scripts, FAQ content, social posts, video clips)
