We're building the world's first Vibe-marketing platform for UA experts — think "Cursor for Marketers." You describe the goal, AI proposes the strategy, you approve, and the system executes. Under the hood: conversational AI, multi-touch attribution, strong data foundation with streaming from any database, automated ad rules generation, and agents that handle 90% of routine work while explaining exactly why your metrics moved.
Your mission: Turn this breakthrough into explosive, trend-setting message, webinar, event, whatever, thriving communities, social media, and media partnerships that drive pipeline in the US market.
This is a strategic role in a fast-moving team with direct founder access and zero bureaucracy. You'll own the marketing strategy, offline/online marketing channels, media experts, partnerships, events, and build a content production and distribution machine with the team.
🎯 What You'll Own
- B2B Marketing Strategy: Full delivery of marketing strategy based on experimentation with different types of channels, messaging, and content. Own P&L, channel efficiency optimization, and customer acquisition costs
- Production & Distribution Team: Build and lead a blended team (in-house + media partners + ambassadors + influencers) that produces and distributes news about Elly, events, webinars, creative, and channel content. Already in place: 4 media partners with proven performance — plus PR agency and Art Director. You’ll work closely with them and hire, manage, and develop additional specialists you need to execute the strategy.
- Pipeline Impact & Growth: Set targets, measure performance across all channels, hit benchmarks, and directly impact revenue through marketing activities that drive serious pipeline in the US market
🔥 You Know How to Get Things Done
- You have proven experience working in B2B SaaS. You know how to make strategic marketing decisions when numbers are incomplete and timelines are tight, relying on market intuition, market feedback, and rapid experimentation. You have already worked in the US market.
- Organize webinars and online/offline events. Pick timely topics, find expert speakers, secure co-hosts, build an audience, identify venues and sponsors, maintain the events calendar, and measure pipeline impact.
- Build relationships with market experts. Identify top influencers and ambassadors to co-create content with Elly; reuse existing assets or brief new ones. Organize their appearances at conferences, webinars, and events on behalf of Elly, supporting them through briefing, collaboration, and results measurement to grow word-of-mouth.
- Master content repurposing. Spot trending market news and turn them into webinars; then turn webinars into guides, media-partnership deliverables, PR moments, social posts, Loom videos, email sequences, and more—making every asset work 10× harder.
- Develop content strategy and tactical plans based on Elly Analytics’ value, audience interests, and the competitive landscape for webinar funnels, social media, blog/SEO content, email sequences, media partnerships, and events.
- Fully own our social media, from channel prioritization to content creation and community building.
- Be a top-notch copywriter (long- and short-form) who attracts user-acquisition experts, engages the current audience, and drives conversions with explosive, trend-setting content.
